These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Onto (“Onto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the website at onto.travel(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You can sign in using supported methods, including Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Bookings and payments

Onto lets you search for and book stays and related travel services. When you make a booking:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for yourself and any guests;
• Prices, availability, and terms are set by the relevant accommodation or travel partner and may change until a booking is confirmed;
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay), and you agree to their applicable terms;
• Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the policy shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• Copy, scrape, or misuse content or data from the Service without permission;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Onto or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Stytch (authentication), Razorpay (payments), and accommodation partners. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of these third parties, and their own terms and policies may apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
